Travis Air Expo 2008 Security Information

Due to heightened security measures on the base, all visitors will be required to pass through a metal detector prior to gaining entry to the Air Expo.

Permitted items include:

•  Medical, diaper, and camera bags (medium or smaller)
•  Clear beverages in a clear "see-thru" container
•  Purses and fanny packs (medium or smaller)
•  Smoking in designated areas
•  Strollers

The following items will not be permitted on base:

•  Weapons (firearms, mace, stun guns, explosives, knives, etc.)
•  Bicycles, roller blades, roller skates, skateboards or scooters
•  Pets (except guide dogs/working dogs for handicapped)
•  Glass bottles, coolers, and alcoholic beverages
•  Walkie-Talkies or HAM radios
•  Back packs or gym bags
•  Wagons

All visitors are encouraged to remain vigilant for suspicious behavior or individuals to ensure everyone's safety during the event.
